Prawns Fried Rice

Prawns Fried rice is a delicious, nutritious, bright and moderate nourishment for the vast majority of all. The blend of pawns veggies, rice and mix fricasseed eggs make a magnificent mix. It is so straightforward and simple to make. For a veggie lover alternative substitute the prawns with tofu or some other vegetable.

Ingredients For Preparing Prawns:-
1. Prawns cleaned- 1/2 kg
2. Pepper powder- 1/2 tsps
3. Soya sauce-1 1/2 tsps
4. Vinegar-1 tsps
5. Corn flour- 1tsps
6. Salt- for taste
Marinate the prawns for 20 minutes and fry it in hot oil until just cooked golden in color and Keep it aside.

Ingredients:-
1. Basmati rice-2cups
2. carrot chopped- 1/4 cup
3. Beans chopped-3 tsps
4. spring onion-5springs
5. capsicum chopped-4tsps
6. egg’s-2
7. butter / ghee- 4 tsps
8. pepper powder-2 tbsp
9. soya sauce-2 tsps
10. sweet chilly sauce-1 tsps
11. salt- for taste

preparation:-
  • Soak the basmati rice in water for 60 minutes. 
  • Cook it with enough more water and salt and deplete (u can likewise cook it by making ghee rice technique with 1 some water; then no compelling reason to deplete yet after chills off totally; isolate the rice well.). 
  • Stir broil the eggs in little oil with salt and pepper powder; keep it aside. 
  • Heat spread or oil in a container ,include cleaved carrots, sauté for a moment. 
  • Add beans, spring onion, capsicum, pepper powder, soya sauce, nippy sauce, blend fricasseed eggs, seared prawns and salt. 
  • Add cooked rice into it and blend tenderly for 5 minutes. 
  • Switch off the fire and serve hot with tomato ketchup or the decision of your side dish.
